  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings while picking up my order. The general manager saw me walk in and didn’t acknowledge me, continuing to chat with employees. I had to go find him myself just to get help. After a long day at work, late and hungry, this was frustrating. The staff’s behavior felt noticeably different toward me compared to other customers — there was a lack of courtesy, delays, and an overall unwelcoming tone. This wasn’t just poor service — it felt like biased treatment. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.

  Had Scott as our server. Great guy, very respectful, and very attentive service. Food came out quick, would definitely recommend you get Scott as your server.

  Go back to individual cardboard boats for the different flavors. They brought them all on a metal tray with no idea of what's what if you order multiple flavors for different people. So many of them look the same.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings while picking up my order. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and, frankly, discriminatory. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s behavior was noticeably different toward me compared to other customers. There was a lack of basic courtesy, unnecessary delays, and an overall tone that made me feel unwelcome. No customer should be made to feel this way, especially when simply picking up an order. This was not just poor customer service — it felt like biased treatment. Businesses should ensure that all customers are treated with equal respect regardless of their background. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews staff behavior, and provides proper training to prevent situations like this in the future. Until then, I would not recommend this location

  Always have mixed experiences with this place, sometimes really good sometimes really bad. Today was bad. Restaurant opens at 11am, i go in with my 1 year old daughter at 11:15am. literally second person in there for the day. Lady takes my drink order and doesn’t come back for awhile, other people maybe 4-5 tables come in and she takes care of them and take their drinks and orders. Maybe a whole 30 minutes go by, she comes up to me and saids she forgot to take my order. Proud of her for finally remembering but she should have taken my order and then went straight to kitchen to tell them she made a mistake and to place my order first. But no, i wait another 20 minutes and watch as the other 4-5 tables get their food. At this points it past 12pm and my 1 year old has had enough so i get up to leave. Manager tries to make it better by giving me my food on the house, which is nice, but still horrible experience that can’t be undone. Staff need better training and I will not be going back with my daughter ever again. Like i told the manager I may be able to wait, but my 1 year old can’t. It’s that simple. If you make a mistake own it and do what’s right and tell the kitchen.
