  Im writing this as I am still in line at the drive thru I went to this Arbys to get an order of their potato cakes and when I get to the line for the drive thru there is 3 cars in front of me, which is more than usual for Arby's but not too unusual. I hear the person at the speaker tell them theyll be right with the customer, then about 5 minutes go by before I hear a "What can I get you" this repeats for the next couple customers until I get up to the speaker and Im greeted with "Please look at the menu ill be with you in a moment" I wait 5 minutes "Please look at the menu ill be with you in a moment" Im still waiting. I had time to type out this entire review and Im still waiting.

  Decent food, service is terrible. Absolutely ridiculous. Ignored and walked away from by a manager after he has a 5 min chit chat about stuff that doesnt have anything to do with Arby's. Then YELLS for someone else thats obviously busy with drive thru to come take over so he can walk away. Avoid this crap restaurant at all costs

  They are so kind here, this is such a great crew and they are efficient from what I can see. Definitely will be back a few more times this month. Lol

  Now the last time I came in here for a meal there were kids running around the kitchen little kids. I definitely plan on calling corporate it’s a disgrace those kids could get burned. Something needs to be done! However last night it was the same woman and she was pretty rude. The food was cold as well. I won’t be coming back here!
