I received it without extra protein, without oil and vinegar, and without spices. And, the worst part of it is that they added jalapeños to an Italian sandwich. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. When I called them to discuss it, I was getting nowhere so I asked for the manager. With the manager answered the phone she did not care to rectify the situation at all, And when I asked if she would make me another sandwich tomorrow because my lunch hour was over, her assistant said no. It doesn’t surprise me that Jimmy John’s beats out Subway all day every day!!!
