- KMKenneth Myers6 days ago1.0I repeatedly have bad experiences here. Today I bought some cherry tomatoes and cilantro. When I got home I discovered the tomatoes had several moldy ones and the cilantro was in fact parsley that had been put in the cilantro bin. Irritating but those things happen. I want back to exchange it and I looked over and there was no one at customer service. I started to approach a cashier when I saw a young man go into the customer service counter. I walked toward him and said, "I need to exchange..." He cut me off and said, "I don't work this department," as he walked past me. I said, in an irritated voice, "Well, DOES SOMEONE WORK IN THIS DEPARTMENT?" My irritation was clear to him and he called for assistance. Horrible customer service. Never mind that I noticed their prices on one of their store brand items, pinto beans, was literally THREE TIMES what I paid for a pound yesterday at a different store. Ugh.
