  We have always loved this place. I was so happy to have them build right near my house when they opened-- and then another in Durant where I work [then they closed 🥲]! All of this to say, it's gone downhill. I don't know if it's new owners or management but the quality isn't what it is to be. ORDERING: the young lady that made our pizzas was very patient and helpful. She made small talk and I appreciated her service! BAKING: The oven was too hot. I noticed that other's pizzas coming out were burnt. So I asked if our 3 could come or early. They said yes, but I didn't see that happen and of course they were burnt. Our oldest (10yo) said "it's very crunchy"! They all were. PAYING: This is the 3rd or 4th time I've gone in and they can't print a receipt and don't apply points to my account. Today he couldn't even pull up my account either by my email or phone number! It's such a let down because I was just raving with a new family at church today about premium quality of Craft Pies (it'sno longer premium) . I hope they don't go anytime soon, especially at my recommendation-- I don't think we will return soon either. Hopefully this is remedied, but there was nobody to express this to today 3/22

  What will it be next week? Out of cups? Out of ice? No water? No plates? Wrong order via the kiosk? Yeah, this sounds like a 1-star review but the food is just so darn good, and the employees do their best.

  used to absolutely love Craft Pies when they first opened. The experience felt very customer-focused — staff interacted with you, took your order, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, it feels like that personal touch has slowly disappeared. The new kiosks replacing staff interaction really take away from the experience. Ordering on them also isn’t very customizable. For example, there isn’t even an option to select “no sauce” if you don’t want it, which seems like a pretty basic modification for pizza. It just feels like the business has shifted away from prioritizing the customer experience. Also, PSA: I personally liked the Levi al crust much better when Craft Pies first opened compared to the version they have now.
