    DENISON Chick-fil-A... YOU CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! You have wasted soooo much time out of my life waiting for food. And time is money. And when I pay for a specific item(s), I think it is only fair to receive the items as-ordered. And when the food FINALLY makes it to the car AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES - IT IS WRONG! EVERY SINGLE TIME - WRONG! And I mean that it has been wrong the last 8 times in a row! How hard is it to do your job? Every other Chick-fil-A in America does a great job. And when one calls in to ask to speak to a manager by pressing option 4 - THE PHONE SYSTEM HANGS UP! Dear Chick-fil-A Corporate - PLEASE REPLACE THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE! They are a total fail and completely worthless. This is a consistent problem that needs fixing immediately. Negative review left on 04/11/2026.

    Avoid the drive-thru!! As others have noted you will be here forever!! It's completely insane. Recommend skipping this and going to the Sherman location if feasible.. For the drive-thru, they need a third person or something at the entrance to the drive-thru to direct people into the alternate "right" lane. Most people for whatever reason simply choose the left lane by default. I suppose they're afraid they'll get caught in the right lane with no attendant there or something.

    This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever visited. This is unfortunately my kid’s favorite breakfast food and is on the way to school, so we stop here often, always with the same result. The second lane is ALWAYS closed, the store is ALWAYS slow (I have NEVER been through the drive through in less than 10 minutes - currently going on 13 minutes with a mobile order as I type this in line) and the staff is either rude or just have no clue how to converse with the general public. We’ve started making trips to the next town when we have time because it’s just a better experience. The store management in Denison should be reviewed by someone at Chick-Fil-A because there is no way this store meets any corporate standards.

    CFA has always had a terrible habit of cutting back on employees during a busy rush. You guys are still trying to get established in Denison. You only have one cashier up front at 1:00pm during a busy lunch. I saw customers behind me in line leaving because of such slow service. The cashier was not experienced enough to call for help. She laughed when she saw the customers leave. She actually said she wasn’t worried about it because it happens all the time. I noticed 3 employees on break and zero team leads up front. I asked her why wasn’t there any other cashiers to help. She said because they were too busy. Now that doesn’t make sense. I also noticed the line cook sweeping floors then returned to make orders without washing his hands. 37 yrs of restaurant experience behind me, I see things!! My order was good, the fries were 100 small pieces. Rosa needs to come back and train the CFA staff. Don’t cut till 1:30 or 1:45. Double check all orders, and always keep a team lead up front. The only team lead I saw was pulling a register to be counted at 1:00. She didn’t have a clue about what was going on. The potential to be great is there! We deserve a better trained staff. I could do it blindfolded with one arm tied behind my back. Que Lastima !!!

    I had to take a moment to recognize Goldie at the Chick-fil-A in Denison. Y’all absolutely hit the jackpot hiring her. She is truly something special. From the moment we walked in, she went out of her way to make my girls feel seen and valued. She called them over, asked about their softball games, and spoke so positively and encouragingly to them, it instantly made their day (and mine as a mom). She was incredibly patient while letting the girls order for themselves, never rushing them and treating them with such kindness and respect. Then she went above and beyond in the sweetest way—she playfully “scanned” them and told them her screen said they were “the most beautiful girls in the world.” That kind of genuine, thoughtful interaction is something you just can’t teach. After we got our food, she checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. And as we were leaving, she was still engaging with my girls, playing with their kids’ meal toy and wishing them good luck in their games again. Her joy, patience, and kindness did not go unnoticed. This type of customer service truly stands out and means so much, especially to families. Goldie made our entire experience memorable, and I sincerely hope she is recognized for the impact she has. She absolutely deserves it. 10/10 experience because of her!
