  The girl taking orders was a bit rude. She asked me to move over the other lane for whatever reason & then got an attitude because I was unable to move over right that second (there was a car directly in front and directly behind me). The girl that handed me my drink was very friendly however & my drink was good!

  When I order my drink. The order is correct but by the time it’s made they are NOT pay attention it’s been wrong more than right. It’s so frustrating I love the people just pay more attention it’s made me have second thoughts about going any more

  The kid that "attended" the drive thru today needs to go. Im a disabled veteran and I told the young man that I couldn't hear well. After a few verbal misunderstandings he then proceeded to tell myself and my 12 year old that we had "deaf syndrome". Make fun of me all you want but when my son is too mad to even drink the $12 coffee im not happy. I will say the young lady at the stand was very nice and obviously had no idea what just happened with the "attendant" in the drive thru. Just be kind people. Its not that hard.

  I gave this a long thought before making this review. This location is ran by the youth. Which would be fine....but this is why the music is so loud, that's you cannot make an order or even hear the employee ask anything. But this is probably why there is so much inconsistency.. Every time I came by here to get a beverage. The drink never tastes the same. When you ask for extra caramel, you don't ever get extra caramel, but you are charged for sure!..When you ask for sugar-free, they give you a regular sugar beverage..... God, forbid your customer could be a diabetic. Until management can get their staff together and become more organized to fulfill their customer orders sufficiently, along with lowering the club music outside. I will not be coming back to this location. Sadly...

  Going to 7brew between my classes is always a great experience! For how busy they are, I always seem to get my drink out within five minutes! 🌟Today beautiful girl named Sarah took my order. She did an exceptional job of making sure everything was correct on my order and I have a lovely chat with one of the texters named Ava💕 Inside, Jericho started my drink; putting the perfect amount of flavor in it and a perfect shot of espresso and Makalyla Tilley finished my drink with the perfect touches, artistic caramel drizzle and a sweet little note on the top to make me always want to come back! 😄If you got 5 to 10 minutes to spare, and you wanna have a great conversation with lovely people and sip on a delicious drink, Denison 7brew is the place to go! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
