As you can see from the receipts, I placed my order at 1:53 PM, but after waiting nearly 20 minutes, my food was still not ready. There was no clear communication or update about the delay, which made the situation even more frustrating. Because of the long wait and lack of service, I had to request a refund. The refund was processed at 2:13 PM, confirming that I had been waiting almost 20 minutes without receiving my order. I understand that places can get busy, but this level of delay without proper communication is not acceptable. I hope management looks into improving service speed and customer experience.

The lady taking the orders has the nerve to be sarcastic through the microphone too. Like if you’re going to be 45+ working at McDonald’s being arrogant at least give me the right order to back it up. Don’t leave the drive through window without checking your order.
