  The manager is so rude, they made my daughter a drink and they put too much chocolate foam in the refresher, to the point where the whole drink turned chocolate milk no strawberry at all, I kindly told him that they put way too much chocolate foam and was waiting for him to remake me another with less but instead he kept saying it’s supposed to be like that when it dissolves. I kept telling him No sir I’ve ordered some before and it did not do that, he didn’t budge and just let me walk away unsatisfied. Very unprofessional, no customer service at all

  I have been here a few times and I like it. I am grateful that Del Rio is slowly bringing in new spots. Also the place is called Dunkin because they do not sell doughnuts there, only coffee. Eventually they will be selling doughnuts.

  Affordable coffee that doesn’t taste like water. Employees are nice and do their best. All one can ask for. Wait time on average isn’t bad at all. Currently don’t have donuts but will soon, no biggie. I enjoy the pumpkin spice latte, something that is only seasonal at Starbucks. Would recommend this place if you’re just a casual coffee enjoyer.

  Been there 4 times and they never have any donuts,why open this place if they don't have any donuts, that's what the customer wants, just close this place and put back McDonald's like before.
