  Well order a blast n when it was time to pay the system charge me extra 9.00 for tip on a 6.00 shake it advise the cashier n she told me she will tell mgr so they can refund my money we will see. I try to cancel the charge but the screen will not work becareful

  Charging me $3 for half empty fries is crazy work. Not only that, but I ordered 2 of the $6 smasher meals and the lady charged us $11 each. It is my fault for not checking, but this location has been going downhill for a long time. The Hispanic older lady in the drive thru is always confused and I’m not sure why because she’s been working here for a while. Get your stuff together.

  Service is a joke had to drive up after waiting at the speaker with no one answering. The lady she was the only one on the mic but there was literally no one here except for myself. She said she was taking other orders but again no one else was here. The staff seemed to be aimlessly wondering around. This location has fallen apart
