I feel like like that is wrong of them and it feels really greedy because I promise if someone in the health department saw this they'd make you toss it due to the seal being broken. I know it may seem like a small thing but do better HEB. That's just wrong. Did it ever occur that a child could drink this juice and get sick due to it being bad. Hey but at least you would of made $1.64 right?

The point is that they do it. They always look for a way to strike up a conversation and that a good thing. When many places we shop at like restaurants or retail stores have lost the human touch, H-E-B has not.
