  They don’t have an option to pick your sauce on the DoorDash menu when u buy chicken strips so I asked my driver to get some after calling and them not answering and they told her no. So I tipped her extra to buy the honey mustard. Horrible costumer service. They ask you what sauce when you do the drive thru so it makes no sense

  I visited this Dairy Queen and ordered a Blizzard, but the product they served was stale and clearly not fresh. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of offering a simple exchange, the manager on duty — Shaw/Shawn — argued with me and refused to replace it because I had “already taken a bite.” Of course I tasted it — that’s how anyone realizes something is wrong. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service were surprising and unnecessary. A quick replacement would’ve solved everything, but instead I was met with rudeness and zero willingness to help. I’ve always liked Dairy Queen, but this location needs serious improvement in both product quality and how management handles customer concerns. I won’t be returning until these issues are addressed.

  Service is bad, they always have an attitude and get order wrong. Their speaker is no good or maybe their headsets don't work properly.

  Just for starters if you want bacon this is not the spot. You're going to get turkey bacon due to the owner is from Pakistan and doesn't offer real bacon. That's needs to be on the menu so customers can know what's about to be eaten. But overall the burger was Ok for a lunch break. Bun was not all theat fresh but the patties were delicious. No handicap restroom for those in wheel chair or even on a cain. I could barely fit through the first door.
