  My husband and I visited this location 45 min before they closed. I ordered a salad bowl and was asked “what else” after every item. I said I wanted a little bit of queso and he drenched my whole bowl. All of the containers were empty or almost empty with the exception of the corn. When he finished making the bowl he threw the bowl down to the cashier. My husband asked for a small amount of beans and he put a full scoop and then some. The couple that came into the restaurant after us left without ordering anything. We will not be visiting this location in the future. I didn’t notice but my husband said he had a earbud in his ear the whole time.

  This was my second time visiting this location, and unfortunately it confirmed my first experience. The first time, I received very poor service from a rude young lady. After a few months, I decided to give it another chance since it’s closer to home and I didn’t feel like making a longer drive. The restaurant was completely empty, which should have been a sign. The food quality was very disappointing—the meat and beans were dry and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The chicken was burnt and cold. On top of that, the fountain drink was out, and the trash cans were filled to the top.Overall, this location lacks both good service and food quality. I will not be returning and would rather drive the extra mile for better service and better quality food.

  I placed a mobile order and my food was clearly burnt. When I brought it back the chef said it’s because of how dirty the grill is… I requested that he clean the grill and remake my food, the employee instantly started being rude to me, another employee even told him to just remake it for me. He yelled ““I’m not remaking her anything! You can do it!”” and left to the back. I didn’t get a refund or go it remade. I was very disappointed and don’t recommend this location!

  Be careful..look through your food.. 1. Found something in my queso that I couldn’t identify. 2. Found a huge patch of avocado skin in my guacamole. 3. Found a bunch of salt stuck on half of my tortilla chips. I didn’t want to make the employees feel ashamed, they do their best, so I’ll just leave this comment here as a caution to you all.

  This location is always out of something or more. The ice machine/soda machine might work sometimes. Skip it and go to another place. Just left had no ice, no lettuce, no grilled vegetables.
