  Been going here two years and today will be the last time i ever go to this location. The young girl who took my order at Drive thru was extremely rude, she said twice " oh no this is the lady i cannot hear", and i told her my coffee order, she proceeded to put items on the menu i did not order. When she asked me if that was my order, i said no i didnt say i wanted those items and she said to me, WELL THEN MAYBE IF YOU SPEAK, I CAN GET ORDERR RIGHT. She was very immature and i will also be complaining to corporate .

  I’ve been here 9 or 10 times. It’s usually stick on the ground and the door handles are always dirty, but everything else looks clean. Last few times the manager has been yelling at the employees. I asked her about it last time I went and she said they were doing something they aren’t supposed while helping the customers. She asked me to point out the one that’s has been helping me so she can tell them, they are wrong. I told her she doesn’t have to discipline them infront of the store. She said if she doesn’t tell them, how are they supposed to know. I told her it comes across as emotional and belittling. The other manager said this wasn’t emotional and it is her normal behavior. The employees are good her. The management is horrible. This was also the least busiest location I have ever been to. I love Dunkin, but sometimes love isn’t enough. 😢

  I live near by and they have the best customer (Cathy & Giselle ) service ever! We love coming to this location. Everyone is always so polite and friendly.

  Redoing my review because this one is hilarious. Came through the drive thru and my mother wanted a protein ice latte with oatmilk, the one taking our order was i guess having a difficult time? So my mother just decided to keep it the same and the lady proceeds to say “whatever you want” in a sarcastic tone and takes our order with the same attitude for the rest of it. I understand it being 5am and your at work but other people are also on their way to work. If you can’t respect people enough or do the job that YOU chose in a respectful manner, QUIT YOUR JOB 😁! This place has wronged me so many times it needs to be closed down. As well as management needs to start hiring some better people.
