  I ordered food from here today my friends also placed their separate orders. Usually it comes out okay but these past two times we have ordered the wings they have been incredibly dry no seasoning, no flavor just taste like plain wings. I’m sorry but Wingstop is not cheap and my friends also called management and they did nothing about it but be incredibly rude and say he was the one who personally made them. I ordered lemon pepper, hot, Hawaiian and that new lime mojo. Couldn’t taste any of it. This is unacceptable and I will be taking this further.

  When I went in to dine-in not too long ago, the floor of the restaurant looked like it had not been swept for a while, the food took 30 minutes to get out to me, the table I sat at was very sticky and still had sauces on it from the previous guest, the workers were having conversations that should not be held in a workplace and there was absolutely inappropriate music playing on the speakers. Definitely not going there again!

  I stopped by this Wingstop one day and had a really good experience. It was pretty busy, but I noticed this guy with a big afro in the back named Seth who really stood out. He really went above and beyond because he was super friendly, made sure everything in the order was right and organized, and kept a good attitude. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you could tell he was putting in real effort to keep things running smoothly in the kitchen. It’s always nice seeing someone work that hard behind the scenes. Seth definitely deserves some recognition. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago and it slipped my mind. This Wingstop has not always been a great place to go to in my opinion but lately they have stepped up their game. They seem to be working faster on getting orders out and correct. The staff that is there now is great! Very friendly and amazing service. My wings were hot and delicious. My fries were seasoned perfectly. It was so much food I had to share because I could t finish it all. Love their ranch too! I have been here several times in the last few weeks for myself and because I do food delivery. If you have not had a good experience in the past please give them another chance. Just be patient as they are very busy 99% of the time.

  I haven’t even been super satisfied with this Wingstop, working all over the metroplex I have had my fair share of Wingstop and Decatur has honestly been my least favorite, until tonight! Service was great! I order 20 wings and got 22 wings, they actually had sauce with them compared to other times when there’s hardly any sauce at all, and the fries were seasoned perfectly! I’m not sure if they had a change in management or staff, or maybe I’ve been coming in on the wrong days but, Sarah, Raymond, Alec, and Diego did a fantastic job tonight! This visit was the best Wingstop I have ever had!
