  By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced in my life. They have a 10 kids behind the counter and not one of them knows what’s going on. Everytime It’s always something. Forget going through the drive through because it Would be faster to just go and dine in somewhere. Idk why McDonalds is considered fast food it’s far from it. They can’t get the food right and if you walk up to the counter the workers just look at you like you’re stupid and they don’t ask or say anything to you. They want you to use the stupid self serving computer thing because they are lazy. Other McDonald’s in the area run just fine. But this one needs to be closed for good.   It’s a shame that you can come thru and just get 2 hamburgers and a fry and get pulled just cause they don’t want their times going up …. Do better or get faster at making the food no reason I should wait 10mins then my food gets cold before you bring it out to me !!!!

  Is it really that hard to put paper in the kiosk? We are forced to use them and yet they never print a receipt. Good luck trying to ask anyone for a receipt as there is no one working the counter. Now let’s talk about the manager in the grill area cussing. Really. Come on now. I swear like a sailor but in a business like this?

  My only complaint is they keep cutting 30 plus year employee Melissa Tucker's hours! The whole town of Decatur loves her. She does a fabulous job.
