It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Me and my boyfriend had a interesting situation this cashier named Melyssa took our order and as my boyfriend was ordering she kept interrupting and saying the order wrong and almost charged us double for the #1 original Whataburger he wanted the sandwich plain with cheese and they gave us it with mustard...as we pulled up to pay the cashier was on her phone not paying attention...
This kind of service is not good,and this cashier needs to pay better attention and not be on there phone we had to repeat ourselves 2 times and still she made a mistake on our order.
As soon as we left the drive thru we called the manager to let them know..

For the amount of people diningin, the burgers were cold and fries were warm
Food sat because I ordered mayo and mustard on the side
This use to be our go to stop for food

this Whataburger treats you like family!! food is always phenomenal and if it isn’t, they do what they can to make it right. its absolutely pouring rain today and the curb-runner still brought us our food quickly and efficiently. can be a little crowded since its a small building, but other than that, im beyond impressed!!

What a wonderful surprise. I loved that my salad was filled with so many tasty bits. Hot chicken with bacon. Truthfully, I ate at Texas Roadhouse several evenings ago. I enjoyed your salad more at fraction of the price. Well done Whataburger!

This restaurant was in need of a deep clean. It was pretty nasty in the 1 available restroom. I would prefer to squat outside in the ice and snow. Was eating my burger and watching the crew perform their duties, when my Aunt and I realized everyone was wearing glove to prepare food and picking up trash throwing it in trash can, and touching everything with no change of gloves or washing of hands. No tell what was being spread around all over the food.
I wouldn't go there again.
