My boyfriend and I stop for lunch Friday after Thanksgiving. He order a classic roast beef and a long staid of hair was in his sandwich. I open mine I ordered a Globber (new sandwich) I opened mine took top of sandwich off and there was a hair in mine. We threw them in the trash. I went to the restroom and told them afterwards that who ever is in the kitchen should be wearing hair nets. So make sure you check your sandwiches before eating if you are planning on going to eat there.

The steak nuggets were delicious, juicy like at a steak house. They did mess up the order in the the drive thru but they fixed it after I paid. So thank you.

We dined in and our sandwiches were just a mess and smashed down fries tasted like that were made forever ago and it was $28. The restaurant it’s self is just in very poor condition and needs attention badly. The employees were great and very friendly but unfortunately we will not be returning I would much rather go to Chili’s just around the corner a lot more for my money and eat in a clean establishment

Currently stuck in the drive thru. There has been ONE car in front of me this whole time. I've been here for 20 minutes. I don't know if they're in there raising the calf or what, but I could have received food at a sit down restaurant by now. Glad I picked "fast" food for the only 30 minutes I get to eat today.
I just left without my food after the guy ignored me at the window after making me sit behind one car for 25 minutes. Screw this Arby's. They lost my business.
