When I inquired, the managers on duty said I would have to pay for the sauces that I ordered. Said it was store policy although the app allows ordering of sauces. complete bs.

He literally was mugging me then going to ask “do I have a problem”. Haha like you’re mugging me & I’m being asked if there’s a problem. This location needs to do a customer service training. If you can just avoid this location

My cheddar peppers were fine... they've always been average stuffed jalapenos in my opinion, but an okay snack. (Jack in the Box's are way better.) I believe this is the only Sonic I've visited that served fake burgers like this, but I absolutely do not recommend this location.
- SVSavyna ViraphonhDec 11, 20251.0Waited at the stall for 8 min just to talk to someone and still no one said anything??? so after, i went to the drive thru, there’s a girl who answers very annoyed-like and as im ordering she’s just huffing and puffing. Mind you… there’s only 2 people in the entire lot. after i order, i wait another 10 minutes and no one comes out at all and im staring at 3 people in the window just talking. i eventually just left and went to jack in the box since they didnt even take any payment.
