  Placed an order online pick up was about 17- 28 mins got to the store they havent even prepared it they did everything as soon as i got here and ask for my order and had to wait another 30mins for my order

  Never purchasing from this location ever again. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and only received 2. This was delivery while I was working from home, I thought I made the mistake and only put in 2 but , I had ordered 3. I called to let them know. The phone number just kept taking me in circles. I reach out to customer care for help and they just sent the information to the location which I have not heard anything from. This was my first time ordering here and you bet it’s my last.

  Avoid this Domino's. *I Was Ripped Off for $41.oo for only two Medium two-topping pizzas - - I made the order from the Domino's App - and didn't realize it was $41 until shortly after the order processed in the app. Moments after I placed the delivery order, I called the store & spoke with an employee there - because I thought I had selected the discounted special on the two Medium two-topping pizzas. The Domino's employee there Refused to give me, the Customer, a charge adjustment for the discount special that I thought I had originally selected, plus also Refused to give me the Option to Cancel my Order - in order to receive a Full Refund. Unacceptable. This particular Domino's will lose me as a customer, plus will lose several other people in the area as customers. - Ripping Off a 71 year old Senior Citizen for $41.oo for only two Medium two-topping pizzas. Stop Shortchanging Your Community. *Avoid This Domino's Location.* This pizza order was made on the evening of Sat. Nov. 8, 2025, at around 8:30PM, and I called them just a few minutes after I originally placed the order on their App - to resolve the Excessive Charge. *They had Plenty of Time then to fix this for me, as they are Open until after midnight on Saturdays, closing at 1 AM .... all other days of the week they close at midnight.

  If you aren’t placing your order with Maddy, I am uncertain as to what you’re doing. She is one of the top best managers at this location, very courteous, and assisted me with my order. I placed 10 pizzas and she stated it was going to be a 10-minute wait. I didn’t believe her because the wait is usually 30 minutes, but that woman efficiently prepared those pizzas and, amazingly, accomplished it under 8 minutes. My order was ready, and the food was 10/10. My wife and I were so astonished!

  I placed an order online and when I received the order there was hair cooked into my pizza. When I called the store to let the manager know she told me she would remake the pizza but I would have to come get it. I asked her was she serious and she immediately got an attitude. I told her that I would bring in the entire order for a full refund. She placed me on hold and never came back.
