Im not sure if the little Caucasian lady with tats on her hands is the mgr, but she's always rude and never smiles. She looks at you like you're bothering her. She has told me more than once that I couldn't have extra olives or onions because that's all they have left. lol, I was shocked. They're always out of steak & if they do have it, you should order extra meat if she allows you to do so because there is very little on the sub. It's crazy I have been in a subway that operates like this location. You would think that whoever does the ordering could maybe check the inventory before ordering.
