  Ordered through the app and had to wait 53 minutes for my food. Got the food and the fries were lukewarm warm. I paid $1.50 for 3 extra honey butter sauces and got none of them or the 2 spicy ketchups I asked for. I watched people that ordered through the drive thru after me receive their food before I did.

  Wait times are extremely long. Ordered one singular burger, sat in the drive through for 41 minutes, with only two cars ahead of me mind you. The burger was cold, the service member didn’t apologize or say anything to me about the wait, just handed me my food and said nothing. I don’t mind when fast food service isn’t top of the line, but I hate it when there’s zero effort on the part of the staff to provide even decent service. I would not recommend eating at this Whataburger location, plenty of other locations bring the food out on time and respect their customers wait time, whereas this location is obviously poorly managed and the workers care more about being on their phones than servicing the customers. They need to fire every single worker at this location and start anew.

  Drive thru is always a disaster at night. Long line on Friday night to order food once ordered and paid we waiting in park it area for 20 more minutes. 2 meals only. The price is high almost 27 dollars for two meals ..the food order was wrong we both ordered onion rings but fries got put on one instead we checked receipt and messed it up on ticket we weren't staying any longer to fix it. Food was hot and good but the wait makes it all bad. The main reason I'm writing this review is I used to work night shift close to this location and it has been an issue for a long time. Another location up the street runs circles around this place and usually takes around five minutes..I'm definitely driving the extra couple miles to stay away from this place.

  The fast food chain is so iconic. This location in particular had amazing quality food. I was happy to see a Crispy Chicken wrap. I had asked for extra crispy fries and they weren’t as crispy as I like which was a little Bit frustrating. But other than that. It was a super solid location. They charged me the same even though I got a water to drink. But that’s okay I guess that’s a new standard for the company? I would’ve love to have tried the strawberry hibiscus beverages (Jaimaica con fresas). The wrap was really delicious and they even brought out the spicy ketchup on a tray. I really enjoyed their service for a fast food place. 9.7/10 would recommend.

  TLDR: Don't pull forward to wait for your food, just wait at the window. After paying, they told me to pull forward and wait on front. After 20 minutes, someone told me they didn't have my order, that they're was no order for me, and I should have come inside when they never came out with my food (as if they weren't the ones to tell me to wait). I asked for a manager and after waiting longer, I realized no name was coming so I went inside. When i spoke with the manager, they told me that I didn't have a receipt so they couldn't help me, even though there was a charge on my credit card. After finally finding my reciept, they said they eould have golden me the ticket with my food so don't know why I don't have my food (implying I was lyingabout them not giving me my order). I asked for a reversalon my credit card, which they gave. This is not the first time something like this has happenedat this location, but the first time they were kind and polite.
