  I visited top golf last week, and I over heard our bay host talking about stealing the customers cash and pocketing it. He told me his name was reego. Very unprofessional. Will not be hosting my son’s birthday here after this.

  My boyfriend and I went and they took a long time to give him the food which the order twice because it went wrong, and we also wanted to grab more time to play and they said no when we were clearly going to pay for the extra both the manager and the employee treated us badly all the time there they didn't give us napkins, and finally when we ordered some tacos they gave it to take away they didn't even give us the option to eat them there and it took 15 minutes to take them and they only saw that they arrived they kicked us out and as I said they didn't give us napkins then my boyfriend asked and they gave us a cloth with which the tables are cleaned like napkins and with whom we could complain if both the manager and the employee acted in a discriminatory and pedantic way the employee is called cole and the manager is tall with short and curly hair. Mi novio y yo fuimos y tardaron mucho en darle la comida lo cual la orden dos veces por iba mal, y también quisimos agarrar más tiempo para jugar y dijeron que no cuando claramente íbamos a pagar por el extra tanto la manager como el empleado nos trataron mal en todo el rato allí no nos dieron servilletas, y de último cuando pedimos unos tacos nos lo dieron para llevar ni si quiera nos dieron la opción de comérnoslos allí y se tardaron 15 mins en llevarlos y solo vieron que llegaron nos echaron y como dije no nos dieron servilletas luego mi novio pidió y nos dieron un trapo con el que se le limpian las mesas como servilletas y con quien nos podíamos quejar si tanto la manager como el empleado actuaron de forma discriminatoria y pedante el empleado se llama cole y la manager es alta con el cabello corto y rizado

  I planned an event with my college class, and the service from start to finish was excellent. Sharita helped organize everything and made the process very smooth. Once we arrived, the manager on duty, Luis Paulinho, gave us a warm welcome, and Sol’s service went above and beyond throughout the event. We will definitely be back — 5 stars for everything!

  Went on a date with my wife to the driving range. When our hour bay rental was almost up, I asked to extend the rental by half an hour. The guy who worked there added multiple additional hours and just told us to “let them know when we are done and we’ll only get charged for the extra half hour”. We finished up the half hour, paid and left. When I went to check my bank statement later that week, they had charged me for multiple hours. I’ve made multiple attempts to get a refund and nothing has been done.

  My friend is the Event Planner for ATT and they had an "Employee Appreciation" event at Topgolf Dallas 03/11/26. About 80-90 people. My friend and everyone said it was such a good time. Most of them had never been to Topgolf before so it was something very new. Big Larry was working the check-in, and he is so good at making the guests feel welcome and telling them where they need to go. They said the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service was excellent. A special thanks to Christina, McKenna, and Madison for taking such good care of the group.
