  I really do not appreciate the games that your employees play the last hour the store is open what is most concerning is that they start locking the doors at 1045pm trying to prevent anymore people entering the building. This behavior needs to stop immediately. I rely on the store being open until 11pm. I do not get home from work until 1045pm and I do not drive so the fact that I live so close to this store makes it convenient but far from comfortable due to the constant harassment over the loud speaker in an annoyed tone "the store is closing in so many minutes get your final purchases to the front if you are not checked out by 11pm you will not be getting your items today and you can return for them in the morning when we open at 6am".... I am a customer and I spend too much money shopping here then I would at other places but it's convenient so at the very least I should feel somewhat welcome if not appreciated for spending my money here. Recently I had an emergency at home and needed medicine for my child who was not feeling well. I arrived at your store at 10:51 pm the entry door on both side were already locked. I should not have to bang on the door for almost a minute and try to plead and ask other customers who are inside the store already to open the door. I only got in because I'm was lucky enough to catch someone leaving before the side door closed. This is shameful and embarrassing to your brand, employees, shareholders,and customers trying to spend money here. The employees knew the hours of operation and they are doing an injustice to the brand by playing these games during the final hour. They should just be glad the store isn't open till midnight and understand that them being home a few minutes earlier is not the goal... It's serving your customers during the times you've posted on the door....

  I walked 50 minutes and tried to get a discount for a hamburger helper, only to be told it was for members only. My legs hurt now and i only got 2 lousy sparkling waters.

  One experience makes a difference! I went in to get something to eat Monday and I was warmly acknowledged by Ervin in the Deli department. His presentation, smile and vibe were literally EVERYTHING and I needed that after a HARD week of working both my jobs. I work at a different tom thumb however, the chicken was FIRE!! And ours sucks! The chicken wasn't pink after two bites and The Spicy chicken was ACTUALLY SPICY 🔥 I LOVED the whole engagement we had. PLEASE... PLEASE.. PUH-LEASE give him a raise because THIS is the type of customer service I like when I'm working at different stores or just simply walking in to browse. Because if Ervin, I will be going back for a round two of food today! ;)

  Some items much cheaper than most of the grocery stores ,plenty parking , members get big deals
