  I made reservation for 6 people beach volleyball, had a sick kid called 30 minutes before and asked if cancellation was possible , the lady said no so we decided to just bring sick baby. Once on the way I received email stating reservation has been cancelled . I called today to talk to manager because it was a miscommunication on their part and the lady told me they’re not giving me my money back and hung up on me

  We recently hosted a private event at Sandy Pickle, representing a mid five-figure client investment, and had a mixed experience. The event itself ran smoothly from our perspective, and the on-site staff was professional during execution. However, after the event, several allegations were raised that were never communicated to our team in real time while we were on site. As an event operator, real-time communication is critical. If issues are not escalated during the event, it removes the ability to address them immediately and ensure alignment with venue expectations. We followed up multiple times requesting specific details so we could properly review the concerns with our client and security team, but did not receive clear or actionable information. Ultimately, we were unable to align on expectations moving forward. For planners considering this venue, I strongly recommend confirming operational policies, enforcement procedures, and communication protocols in advance, and considering alternative pickleball venues if clear alignment cannot be established.

  Very accommodating to our group. Super helpful staff, will definitely be back. Johnny the bar tender was so helpful for everything!

  My friends and I went to The Sandy Pickle for a birthday celebration Saturday afternoon, and it was such a fun experience! The employees were awesome, especially the bartender who made the day even better. They had great music playing, which added to the lively and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was just a fantastic time, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
