I would literally give this a 20/10. The service was honestly shocking in how warm and welcoming each and every staff member was.
It was my birthday dinner, and I feel like restaurants don’t really care about that anymore—but that was definitely not the case here. We were greeted with a big “happy birthday” at the host stand (keep in mind, we had an issue with Uber, so we were 16 minutes late), and when I came in to apologize and ask if we could still be seated, the hostess was incredibly sweet and told us not to give it a second thought.
Then we were seated, and the vibes were amazing. Our server was beyond kind and cheerful, and they immediately gave us a free round of birthday shots. Oh—and a handwritten card?!
Again, I know birthdays aren’t always a big deal to restaurants, but that is not the case here. They truly made me feel so special. I always say that good service will make your food taste better and they made sure we felt that way. However, the food and drinks were also beyond delicious, and we will 100% be back!
I had a disappointing experience here. I was charged an automatic gratuity for bottle service, but this was never mentioned to me beforehand. There was no verbal notice from staff and nothing clearly pointed out before I agreed to the service.
I don’t mind tipping for good service, but transparency matters. Adding charges without clearly informing customers feels misleading and takes away from the overall experience.
I’d recommend the business be more upfront about any automatic gratuities so customers can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this lack of communication left a negative impression on me.
White security guy outside the front was super nice… Greeters inside front entrance nice and friendly…Two bartenders on lower lever, black guy with a bad haircut and white thin female with long black hair, horrible…I approached the bar to place an order to go and they both literally stood there, leaning against a counter for at least 10 seconds, apparently a silent debate about who should serve me….Let me point out the fact that they were not busy, two people at the bar and one table on the floor of three men….The white girl dragged over to hesitantly take my order and then went back to her stance next to the black guy where they both stared at me….The food came out with no napkins or cutlery in the bag…Also, I rate the food with a score of 3, it was not good at all, seasoning was little yo none….Te Deseo do better, greet all customers with a service of gratitude and appreciation, stop Cherry picking, showing (I was wearing sweats because that’s what I wear on the the weekends. It was my first time there, I usually have someone else get my food. However, if this is the service I’m gong to get, I’ll never come again)
Horrible experiencia la de hoy, fue a al terraza hoy y la persona de seguridad fue muy irrespetuoso al momento de que metía a muchas personas que ni siquiera estaban haciendo una fila para entrar. Yo estuve con mi grupo de amiga haciendo una fila por más de 1 hora y media y venía que el de seguridad a cada rato metía a personas que no estaban haciendo fila , eso me parece una falta de respeto!

The food was decent, service was actually pretty good.
Now, the rooftop is very bad. I have no idea where they pulled those DJs from, but they kept repeating the same songs after 20 minutes and made the worst mixes I've ever heard.
I saw almost 10 speakers but I think only 2 were working and I'm sure my AirPods have more volume.
Finally, I ordered a Moscow Mule that was literally a lemonade.
Total waste of money and time. I rather pay a ticket and go to Miami.
