  Very friendly service. However, both items in my order were incorrect, even though we comfirmed the order twice while i was ordering. I tried the strawberry agua refresca, but didn't like it. I think they use artifical sweetener as it had a similar chemically aftertaste

  My girlfriend and I went to this Taco Bell around midnight. I ordered 2 orders of Cinnabons with our meal and we were not given them. I immediately called when I realized. I told them we could not come back because it was late and they offered to give them to us another day. I was not trying to schedule a later time for that so I asked what they could do instead. At this point the night manager got really rude, refused to give me her name, called me a child and hung up on me. Worst taco bell experience. I just do not understand how a manager gets away with talking to customers this way.

  I came around 4 am on 3/14 I actually placed an online order and just wanna say whoever the cook was I wanna say thank you for actually making my tacos like they should be. A good amount of meat and good amount of lettuce and cheese. Like it should be! My burritos were also 10/10 I will be def coming back here from now on. I went to the one off Lemmon ave a couple days ago and this location beats them for real. I actually enjoyed my order unlike LEMMON AVE LOCATION WHO SKIMPED ON EVERYTHING. Anyways this location is great 😊 yall should come here fr.

  TRASH FOOD!!!! Just google or Instagram the recipe and make it at home. I ordered 3 diff things at 8pm and all of it was soggy or freezer burnt. I don’t expect restaurant quality, but I do expect it to look like the advertised product. I wouldn’t let an animal eat the food they gave me. It might as well be jail food for real. For $15 I could have bought a pizza or nacho from literally any fast-casual service restaurant in the neighborhood and gotten way better product. I wanted the convenience of not having to wait 20 min. Now I wish I had! I doubt anything will change, but I guarantee you I won’t be going back to this drive thru. Who is managing the cooks? Who is managing the products? The spec? Yall not making sure they sending out fresh stuff per the recipe?
