Taco Bell stole my money. Ordered food on the app and then when I showed up they said it had been cancelled when the order was still active on the app. The drive thru refused to make my order or give me a refund because they couldn't press a button on their screen. No food and no refund. Beware of theft.

Rudest staff ive ever dealt with. I've tried giving this location many tries but always get made to feel like an inconvenience when ordering food. Drive thru wouldnt give me more than 3 minutes to figure out what I wanted to order after telling them multiple times to give me a second then made me feel stupid for asking if I could add a specialty drink to my order cause I was unsure and then didnt even give me the right drink with my order. I dont have high expectations for fast food and I never leave bad reviews for fast food cause youre getting what you pay for but like... common human decency and customer service should be a no brainer. No reason to make customers feel stupid for you doing a job you're paid to do.

When I drove to the speaker. No one said anything for a few minutes. Then, a guy asked what can I get you. No welcome to Taco Bell or anything. I ordered nacho fries and he asked that’s it? No a dirty Pepsi. THATS IT? He gave me my total. When I drove to the window. The young lady just open the window, and said $8.31. She gave me mu food and change without saying a word. My friws was half empty. I asked her could they fill my fries. She asked the Manager Jonathan, he said BABY it comes with 2 scoops thats it. 😳 my dirty Pepsi was nearly clean. The froes were cold. Taco Bell needs to solve this issue. After reading the reviews for the location, they don’t care!!!!

I visited this location today at approximately 3:51 p.m. and went through the drive-thru. The cashier who assisted me was Jonathan. From the initial interaction at the speaker, he did not sound engaged or welcoming. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, his tone came across as uninterested and dismissive. As I placed my order, I noticed the items displayed on the screen were incorrect, and I had to correct him. Although he updated the order, he did so with an annoyed tone and responded with “what else?” in a way that felt rude and unprofessional. I continued placing my order, but his attitude made the experience uncomfortable. When I finished, his response of “that’s it” came across in the same dismissive manner. At the window, the interaction did not improve. I was given my total, paid, and received my food, but no receipt was provided. When I asked for one, he walked away visibly annoyed, returned with the receipt, and handed it to me without a word — no “thank you,” no “have a good day,” nothing. Customer service at its most basic level includes acknowledgment, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, none of that was demonstrated during this visit. Experiences like this make it clear why many customers are turning to automated systems — at least those interactions are consistent and respectful. Additionally, the food was not as warm as expected and did not seem fresh, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would rate this visit a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend this location. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return.

I came here a couple days ago and I placed an online order I ordered 6 tacos and 2 burritos. I felt my bag feel a little light which was weird. I got home and opened to see my tacos barely had any meat LIKE BARELY and barely had any lettuce and cheese in it…I’ve been to two other close by Taco Bell’s and this is the worse one of them all. This is the second time at this location I get this type of experience where they barely put the ingredients and the food was not that great. I wish it had more meat and more lettuce and cheese, it was so disappointing. My burritos were skinny and barely had any rice and beans. Yeaaaa don’t come here unless u want some boneless tacos. The only good thing is that the cashier was nice but that’s the only positive I can give. This was on 3/13 around 4 am when I picked up my online order. The location on Lemmon and location on Washington Ave actually makes their tacos full and are way better in quality.
