- MKMrs. KatrinaMar 17, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell (1702 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX) last night. I paid $16.31 for food that was COLD and tasted OLD like it had been sitting out way too long. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was told they “couldn’t take credit cards” with no real explanation… so I had to pay cash. That honestly felt suspicious and unprofessional. I work hard for my money and this felt like a complete waste. This is NOT the quality or service customers should receive. I’m requesting a FULL REFUND and an explanation ASAP.
