  Probably not coming to this one. Its run by kids. I went and I get asking for something at the window is a bit inconvenient but it was just for sauce and they made me wait ahead of the line so I pulled forward. And the entire god damn line went for I saw that sauce. Literally just 2 cups. And they werent even full.

  Let me share my experience here. I came in at 7:18 on Wednesday 4/8 and placed an order on the kiosk machine. My total order was 12.24. so while I'm waiting on my food 2 guys come in after me and place they order. They received their order. Then one of the workers finally asked if I had an order and we confirm that we did. All of a sudden our order disappeared and couldn't be found. I pulled up the transaction history that my order was placed and paid for. One of the workers said just make the order. Then all 3 of the ladies walked to the back and 1 come back saying well my Gm said if it don't show in the system we can not make it and contact your bank. I confirmed I am not contacting no bank i have proof that I paid so either give me my money back or call the police. When I said I was not going anywhere and I have all night the young lady apologized and said I see that y'all paid. When I asked them to check the cameras and see that I put my card in the payment device they stated that they couldn't do it. To make sure I confirm that my transaction had the right store number and she said yeah this is the right store. The GM here has no ethical skills and do not honor customer service. IF MY MONEY IS NOT BACK ON MY CARD I WILL BE BACK. Please please watch this store and this GM need to be retrained on customer service. Let me not state also that my children had bad experience here too. Update. The young lady issued me a refund and apologized my bank sent a notification that a refund was issued. Then at 2:47am I checked and the refund was cancelled

  Terrible, I was on my 30min lunch and decided to stop here (unfortunately) ordered a mexican pizza with extra meat and cheese for $8 well to my surprise this is apparently extra meat and cheese (with barely any sauce) smh this is ridiculous, I will be going to the Richardson location going forward.

  They overwork their teens! horrible just horrible, it’s so ridiculous you have 16-17 yr olds closing the store at 4 AM on school days.

  I dont know if all the people who work here are slow but its always some bs when i order from here. Order is never right! Drink always wrong! And they’re always missing an item to put in the bag
