  The employees here are not the best. For example, they don't even know how to put together a taco, which doesn't require extensive training. Lines at ordering kiosk are backed up, and can't get help from employees. They are always blaring some terrible music. The kiosk didn't give me a paper receipt. The food wasn't prepared to perfection and no manager on duty.

  I believe first of all you need a different strategy of ordering. You don't know to go to the kiosk then on top of that you only have 2 kiosk it's a Friday night you short staffed and trying to train someone with a line of confused customers. Need to be rethought or redone. Then had a long wait for food. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
