  Mal servicio pido un Subway entero y una coca y la señora que esta aquí atendiendo me lo cobra como dos partes separadas 20.43 por un Subway de pollo esto es robo cobrarle al cliente por dos partes separadas cuando estás pidiendo un pan entero mal servicio y la señora toda amargada no vuelvo a venir a este Subway

  Came in with a big catering order. They were so professional, kind, and handled everything under pressure. Awesome service!!!

  I would not suggest this location AT ALL. The alpha road is the best. I placed a DoorDash order and on their website it doesn’t allow heated or not heated. I searched intensely. So I call immediately once I place the order and found their phone number I try to explain the situation to the worker and she laughs and says well I already started making it. I explain there is no where on the site on DD to find chose. She laughs raise her voice and tells me to calm down. Lol I will never order from this location. I tried calling back because she hung up on my face and she wouldn’t answer. And you can’t cancel your order on DD. Subway on Alpha road team customer service is so amazing. If anyone wants a hot All American foot long I got you 😉

  I needed to cancel my order and no one was willing to help me, i called the store over 8 times before anyone answered and then was told my order can not be cancelled as it was already made. I was given the phone number of the manager who had me TEXT HER a screenshot of my order just to tell me the same thing and gave me a broken customer service number. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot cancel an order i’m not able to pick up!!

  Absolutely awful service. Had to argue with the guy about if they have a 12 inch wrap (since they no longer have flatbread 😡) - I think he said it is a 12 in. wrap? I got a ham, egg, and cheese…pretty standard. He asked me how much egg to put on. What? You work here. I do not. He then toasted the egg alone and refused to toast the wrap, ham, and cheese. Almost walked out at that point. Another woman working there spoke to him in Spanish and he seemed to be arguing with her and reluctantly toasted it. Then I had an overcharge for either egg or the 12 in. size. So after tax over $12 for the wrap. What an absolute joke and I will be filing a formal complaint with Subway. I’ve been eating Subway for 30 years. Just plain sad.
