The ladies that work there are so kind, personable and professional. They always greet us with smiles and call my daughter by her nickname. It is always very clean and well maintained and we always look forward to our weekly drop in.
- SOShannon OdomFeb 19, 20261.0I have ordered on the app the last 2 days from this store . The sandwiches were ready and made when I got there. The problem is the bread was undercooked both times. I did request toasted white bread 1 day and toasted Italian herbs and cheese today. Both times the bread was cold and doughy. Its not like it wasnt toasted long enough , but it wasnt cooked completely either day. This had nothing to do with requesting sauce on the sandwich. I have done thos at other Subways and the bread was not raw. the bread was not even brown on top. It was undercooked before my sandwich was made.

Not only was the restaurant super clean, but the 2 women that were working at that time, were so friendly and very, very nice! Alicia and Antonia....GREAT JOB! SUPERB customer service! My sandwich...WHEW ❤️! Going to sleep now....
- RWRoss WeirFeb 3, 20265.0Friendly staff, fresh food, fast service! I absolutely recommend this Subway location on Preston Rd and Alpha Rd. This is my favorite Subway to visit. The staff are always smiling and often recognize their regular customers upon greeting them. I also think it is a non-corporate franchise location, and as such, the owners always do such a wonderful job with creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing delicious sandwiches.
