My children and I stay in the Mesquite area. They want pizza from Subway and this location is the only ones( that I've found) that still serves them. Since we were over in the area we stopped by. Previous experiences have been great. However, this time lead us waiting 20+minutes in line before even ordering. I guess there's a new employee who seems to be upset about something, and taking her sweet precious time. I go to order and this lady doesn't know how to prepare a simple pepperoni pizza. Asking me how to make it. So I explain to just put pepperoni on it. She puts the pepperoni on it and proceeds to put the pizza in the toaster. I say, "Excuse Me, are you going to put cheeses on it?" She looks at me and slams the toaster door down with an attitude 🙄. Im thinking 🤔 Does she not know how to make a pizza? The whole experience was terrible. Please train these new employees how to do their jobs minus the attitude. PLZ 🙏🏿

I went online pre-order food before my lunch break so it would be ready, went to the store to pick up food employee told me they accidentally gave it to somebody else. One of my other coworkers was also on lunch previously to this and he said the same thing had already happened to somebody else. One employee is walking around with headphones on and the other one seemed lost

I had an awful experience at this Subway. The service was slow, the staff seemed completely uninterested, and my sandwich was poorly made—ingredients tasted stale and unappetizing. The restaurant itself was dirty and uninviting. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I suggest going to the Subway on Polk and 35, which has a better rating and better reviews anyway.

Avoid this location. The app selected the wrong restaurant and when I tried calling, no one answered. When I finally reached the manager, they were completely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund or resolve a very simple issue. On top of that, the restaurant had an unpleasant odor when walking in, which says a lot about the condition of the place. Between the confusing app, unanswered calls, and the manager’s dismissive attitude, the customer service here is terrible. This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
