    I’ve been to this Sonic on several occasions, spaced-out over time, and almost every time I come here I’m met with attitude from a disgruntled worker. The Sonic on Main Street in Duncanville has a way better atmosphere from service to everything else. It’s like night and day.

    The guy who took my order was so much in a hurry that he got my order wrong. I could see my order and knew what was missing. I had to call back to get a strawberry shake that I didn't see on my order. When my food came out, there was no shake. I sent back for it. Also, I ordered two corn dogs. When I reviewed my order, it wasn't on there. I asked about it, I was told that two were on my order. When I got home, there was only one corndog. I didn't check my order because I was going home from the hospital with my mom. I was in a hurry to get her home.

    Get kabreann out the window she wanna laugh and bullshit on everyone’s order and then say she gave us 2 bags and she only gave us one there were customers in line in front of me that we’re having issues as well and not to mention She was asking everybody If they were in the drive-through And as someone who’s worked fast food, there should be cameras to know when a car is in the drive-through or not

    Sorry Employees, Long wait and never gets your order correct and then say they can give you a discount on what you didn't receive in your combo meal. I said No where is your manager or give me my money back . So no manager they just added what I didn't receive in my order.

    Very disappointed with the customer service at Sonic. I felt rushed while placing my order. When I asked for a large Purple O, the employee responded, “a what?” and then ignored the rest of my order, giving me a total of $2.70. I ended up asking her to cancel the whole order. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated respectfully
