    I understood there was a new person on the intercom when I put my order in so I said I will just complete my order once I get to the window. I could not finish giving the order so it seemed like I kept adding on to the order at the window. The manager, for today Saturday April at 10:56am burst through the window with an attitude and asked “IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO ADD TO THE ORDER?!” Such a nasty attitude after I was patient with a new employee. I opened the burger and it was sloppily put together. I chose not to eat it out of fear of retaliation. It’s absolutely free to be kind to others.

    This location is slow (this is my third and final visit). I order ahead via the app, yet it takes 25 to 30 minutes upon arrival to receive the drinks I order. Today, I ordered chicken nuggets with a drink, and after seeing multiple cars come and go and getting out of my car to ask about my order, I received my items. The drink I received was not the drink I ordered. I see responses from Sonic in other reviews about customer dissatisfaction, but I don’t believe the management is actually doing anything. A location’s performance is a direct reflection of the management/owners. The staff is underpaid and/or overworked. The carhop who helped me today appeared to be the only person actually working. They mentioned something about the others being children or new (I’ll admit I didn’t hear everything they said), and I felt sorry for them. The management at this location needs to do better and needs to do more than respond to these reviews with mediocrity.

    If you want your food on time don’t come here. They don’t read online orders. I was pissed off when I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and got the oldest breakfast Burrito in the restaurant. The manager on duty that night was Destiny they was nice. The only one trying to accommodate me. So shout out destiny. But Aniyah and the rest of the staff are very unprofessional and just not friendly. I came back to get my order like Destiny promised but was waiting for 30 minutes in the car got out and waited 30 more minutes at the door to be greeted by Aniyah by the time I wrote this review, I’m still waiting…

    Today was my first time visiting this particular Sonic, and it will most likely be my last. I pulled into the stall and pressed the red button. First question the woman asked is which stall I was parked in. What??? Shouldn't that information register on their end? I thought that was strange, but gave her the stall number and placed my order, which was a hot coffee and a large unsweet iced tea. The carhop arrived and started to hand me my coffee but noticed that the cup appeared to be leaking. He gave me the iced tea and said that he would replace the cup for the coffee. His solution was to place the damaged cup into another cup (doubling up). So now I have coffee leaking from the original cup into the new cup and it spills with every sip. Additionally, the carhop's hands looked absolutely filthy. In fact, his overall appearance was nasty, like he hadn't showered in a long while. Not the type of person who should be in the food service industry. Lastly, I believe I was overcharged, or their prices are higher. I order these same two items on a regular basis and always pay $5.28 at other Sonic locations. This place charged me $5.93. One star is too generous for this dump, but the system will not allow me to leave zero stars.

    They had to remake my order because they made it wrong and put onions all over it and I don’t do onions. They didn’t follow what I ordered then they remade it and they sent it back out. I got home. The bun was so hard I could’ve thrown it against the wall and broke a hole in the wall. It was nasty and it still kind of tasted like onions. The only good thing about my visit was the guy at the window was very nice about it and apologize several times that somebody can’t follow instructions then I try to leave a review on the receipt and that website doesn’t work kept telling me that the store does not exist and it’s the number that’s on the receipt so this sonic needs a total re-haul. The grounds are dirty and nasty. Sonic needs to wake up and look at some of their stores.
