  Drove in here, waited 30 minutes, nobody came to take our order. We could have gone to a grocery store, picked up the ingredients, drove home, made the drinks, traveled to Japan, and came back and the call to order button would still be blinking! :(

  wish i could give them a zero but unfortunately i can’t. DONT come here unless you have at least an hour (if best) for your food. Crazy even when you order through the app it takes crazy time we ended up leaving because after ordering 40mins ago my food wasn’t even ready.

  We pulled up to Sonics and sat. No one ever said welcome or give me a moment. Nothing. Silence. We thought maybe because they are busy but when 1 car leave then 2 and 3 we know something wrong. Their was 5 cars in front of us. We was number six. Sitting at a speaker. When the cars started leaving we thought okay someone might say anything, nope. Still nothing. We spoke a few times but no response. So we pulled of after about 5 minutes.

  Genuinely how hard is it to make sure everything is in the bag before handing food off to the customer. The past 5 times I've been, they have consistently missed additional sauce my wife and I ask and pay for. We always get charged, but it never makes it in the bag so we have to turn around to get them. It's getting highly frustrating at this point and there needs to be a serious training that happens. Honestly, the bad reviews of this place are well deserved. The late staff changed recently and they're all genuinely bad at their jobs. They don't pay attention and when called on it, or even asked for something extra, it's met with attitude and rudeness. Frankly, I don't feel welcome here anymore and I've been a regular for YEARS.

  I had waited for a hour for a blast for them to tell me it was down and told me I had to go on the app for a refund and was unable to get my refund also I will never go back there
