  I waited over 30 minutes for my mobile app order, which they received in advance. Never came to the stall to inform me they were not gonna make my order. I had to go to the window only to find out they dont have any employees working but 1 and I had to call for a refund, which was another ordeal. The amount of information they needed was ridiculous!

  Me dijeron que el combo masher mall no estaba disponible y tuve con comprar otro combo y luego la bebida iba extremadamente llena de hielo solo me tomé 3 tragos y el vaso ya no tenía bebida

  I went to pick up and order for uber eats as a delivery diver and it took over 30 minutes for a simple hot dog and 2 drinks. I kept pushing the red button for service and no one would answer. I had to ask the server to help with my order. I will never again order at any sonic or do deliveries from this company.
