    The food is good, service is okay, and the staff is mid. I like this location because It's completely conveniently placed at a great intersection.

    I placed a delivery order through the Sonic app and waited over an hour and a half while it continued to show as still being prepared. When the DoorDash driver finally arrived, he was told the order had already been picked up—even though the app showed it was still at the store. I was then asked to come up to the location myself to sort it out, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. When I spoke with the general manager, I was told it may have been a “hack,” and there was little accountability taken for the situation. However, verifying orders before handing them out is a basic responsibility, especially for third-party pickups and I don’t believe that happened in this case. To their credit, the staff did eventually remake my order and I did receive my food. I appreciate that effort. However, the process of getting there was unnecessarily difficult, and I was given a hard time over something that was not my fault. This is also not the first issue I’ve had at this location—long wait times and order delays seem to be a recurring problem. This location used to be much more reliable, so it’s disappointing to see the decline in service. I hope improvements are made, especially around order verification and customer service during issues.

    I come here allot and don’t plan on ever going back I went here 04/11 between 9:30-10:10 and went to drive thru and the African lady is very rude kept rushing me after each items i was ordering I first order a Dr Pepper she say okay that’s all pull to the window and wasn’t even done ordering she got my whole order wrong and i only order about 3 items she says her name is Sarah but I won’t be back and this isn’t the first time she’s rude

    I Placed My Order At 12:39am And I Arrived At 12:48am. The Fries Were Not Only Barely Full With Little-To-No Toppings, But They Were Also Not Fresh, Despite Requesting Such. I Placed My Order With The Name “Everything Cooked To Order Please” Because Everytime They Give Me Food That’s Not Fresh I End Up Vomiting Or With Very Bad Stomach Pain (Never Fails). I Was Given More Chili When I Complained About The Appearance Of My Food, But The Portion Wasn’t Addressed. The Manager On Duty Did Not Step In At Any Point To Help, So I Only Gave 3 Stars In Service For Sarah, She Was Very Helpful. Thank You Sarah You Deserve 5 Stars! I Requested EVERYTHING Cooked To Order, The Only Thing That Seemed Fresh Was The Smasher. I Had To Have My Drink Replaced Twice Due To The Coke Being Flat, After I Received The Last Drink Replacement I Guess They Forgot I Ordered Light Ice So I Ended Up With An Almost-Full Cup Of Ice. 2/10 For This Visit, Very Disappointing.
