Don’t even waste your time coming here. Unfortunately, this is one of the limited options for food that we have in our neighborhood. As you can clearly see my corn dog is burnt, and my order of mozzarella sticks had cheese that had melted out of them. I went home and returned to get my order corrected and the employee/manager?, Patricia I spoke to seemed to not understand why I was asking for my order (mozzarella sticks and corn dogs) to be remade. Initially, they handed me a new order of mozzarella sticks (with no marinara) but no corn dogs. I then asked another employee whether or not they would want to eat that corn dog. Most places would make your entire order as I also ordered tater tots that then got cold as I was waiting 20 minutes for other parts of my order to be redone. I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes waiting for my order and eventually decided to ask for a refund. I was finally able to get Patricia to talk to me by standing on the patio of the restaurant. After Patricia refunded me she would not give me the receipt until I returned the food which I saw her throw in the trash. Totally ridiculous! All of this to say I will not be coming back terrible service terrible quality food!

As I was ordering through the drive thru, the lady that took my order was VERY RUDE and had a very bad attitude with me. While ordering I needed time to review the menu and she kept asking was I ready, talking over me and rushing me then told me to just pull up to the stall and order because she need to take the next drive thru customer order. Then when I told her that I’m ready to order she never responded to take my order, there were cars lined up behind me waiting and pulling off because the line wasn’t moving. I waited for about 15 minutes and there wasn’t anyone in front of me. Then at 3:30pm the next shift can be seen walking into the building, another person came on the speaker to take my order. When I pulled up to get my order I had to wait again so I asked for the general manager to voice my complaints and concerns about my experience and I was told that the general manager name is “candy” , and she’s the one who taking the orders. I asked for corporate number or a contact in leadership besides the staff in the store, employee refused to provide contact info to express concerns and complaints. Sent the $40 order back and I went up the street to the Sonic on main and received wonderful customer service and prompt and fresh food service.
I will never visit the Clark location ever again and I’m sure all the customers that was left waiting in line and those that had to deal with the unprofessionalism and horrible customer service probably won’t be back either

This sonic is SLOW. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for a single drink if you come here. Sonic, fix your service, hire better employees, do what you gotta do.

I went to the drive through to order i asked the order taker to wait one moment (as i was confirming with my daughter what she wanted) The employee rudely said I need Go back around through the drive-through if I want it more time at the menu let me tell you nobody was in line behind me and it hadn't been more than 10 seconds that I said one moment please at that point when I was trying to explain That I was ready to order she got an attitude that's when I asked for The manager she claimed she was the manager and her name was Tonya when I asked what the name of the Was she said she didn't know I need to Google and figure it out. Poor customer service how she got to management I don't know if she acts like that
