    I don’t know if I got someone else’s order I usually order a sonic cheeseburger with no mayonnaise and no ketchup and a pretzel stick with the dip sauce, cheese instead, I got a sloppy burger with ketchup, mustard, and what looked like bun with scraped off mayonnaise, but definitely mayonnaise was present. The top bun I had to throw away, scrape off everything off of the patty only ate the bottom part of the bun and the patty.

    I want to leave a bad review for Sonic I ate here and the food was cold obviously was made early in the day and left sitting for the sucker that walks in to buy it they skimped on the flavoring for the drink and the food always just taste like you're going to get sick later if you eat it but I want to Compound on the fact that they have horrible customer service and act like everything is a chore Here’s a strong, clear review you can post. It’s firm but not over-the-top, so it sounds credible and not just emotional: I had a really disappointing experience at this Sonic. The food was cold and tasted like it had been made hours earlier and just left sitting around for whoever walked in next. Nothing about it felt fresh. The drink was also poorly made — barely any flavoring, mostly just watered-down syrup. On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. The staff acted like taking my order was a chore and like they didn’t want to be there. There was no friendliness, no effort, and no concern about the quality of the food being served. Between the cold food, weak drinks, and terrible customer service, I won’t be coming back. I expect better quality and basic professionalism when I’m paying for a meal. If you’d like, I can also give you: A shorter version A more aggressive version Or a calmer but still critical version that might get a response from management More aggressive Here’s a more aggressive version that really drives the point home while still sounding believable: This was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The food was cold, clearly not fresh, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours waiting for some unlucky customer to walk in and buy it. Nothing about it felt safe or appetizing. Honestly, it tasted like the kind of meal you regret later. The drink was just as bad — barely any flavoring, completely watered down. It’s not that hard to make a decent drink, yet they couldn’t even get that right. What really made it worse was the customer service. The staff acted like doing their job was a burden. No friendliness, no effort, no basic professionalism. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. If this is the standard here, management seriously needs to step in. Cold food, weak drinks, and employees who act like everything is a chore is not acceptable. I won’t be back.

    Out of all the fast food restaurants I've been to this has to be the most cleanest one I've ever seen. It's connected to a gas station which has no bearing on it but the parking lot was clean the landscaping was done the dumpster area was clean. Now the only problem I have with my food it seemed that my food is slid to the left of it so I adjusted it but everything was fine it was hot and it tasted good. And I suggest the $6 smasher meal very excellent

    They just lost a good customer bc they don't know how to make the food properly. Then when asked to make it right they try to charge more. They lack in good customer service skills.
