  My pizza was good but the customer service was terrible, i ordered my pizza at around 730pm and the lady got an attitude everytime I would say excuse me because I could barely understand her. Management definitely needs to discipline this lady or fire her! This is why I decide to eat home...smh Alfredo the delivery guy was professional, polite and on time, I gave him a good tip.

  I’ve ordered twice: the first time I waited 15 minutes, and the second time, 1 hour and 5 minutes. This is the one and only pizzeria—and specifically this branch—where not just I, but so many other people are kept waiting. I can't speak for the other branches.

  I ordered 2 pizzas wings and garlic bread they didnt bring the bread. When I called they offered to send it to us. They had a door dasher deliver it and didnt give him a tip. I had no cash to give. Will not be ordering from here again

  Horrendously awful customer service. They never have breadsticks. They always have a line out the door as the person working the till goes back to make pizzas. They feel chronically short staffed, probably cause their base pay should be much higher. Corporate needs to get their act together and pay the staff here better and staff it better
