The response was a “no,” delivered with a rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary attitude. This is not just about a store policy — it’s about how customers are treated. The lack of respect, poor attitude, and dismissive behavior made me decide to leave without making a purchase. A business can have rules, but it should never lose basic courtesy and empathy. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible. I’m leaving this review so management can identify who was working the register at that time and take appropriate action. I do not recommend this place at all.
