  Every time I fly in from Orlando, visiting Pappasito’s Cantina is a must. The atmosphere is vibrant, the food is consistently excellent, and the service truly stands out. Last night, there was a small hiccup—but tonight, the team went above and beyond to make it right. The manager and Kam took great care of me with genuine hospitality and professionalism. I often recommend this place to close friends visiting from Dubai and Saudi Arabia on business, and they always appreciate the experience. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

  came here for a birthday dinner the other night and our server, Mimi, was LOVELY!!! i got her margarita recommendation and it was real good, did the trick hehe. a bit on the sweet side so just something to keep in mind. i had also pulled her aside to ask if there are any vegan options, and she worked with the kitchen to make it happen for me, which was so so appreciated 🥹 this was the birthday boy’s favorite mexican restaurant and i didn’t want to make a big deal of my limitation and im so glad she was caring enough to do that for me. food was so yummy btw!!!! thanks Mimi for going above and beyond for me on this and for being awesome!!! you’ll know it’s her because she had lovely hair and perfect brows (-:

  (I am the PARTNER) My partner really enjoys coming to Pappasito’s Cantina, so I usually go along with him even though it’s not my personal favorite. On our most recent visit, the chips tasted very unusual. We were actually served two different types of chips, and both had a very strange smell and flavor. It was definitely noticeable and a bit concerning. Later, I realized that our server had the same smell as the chips. I mentioned it to my partner, and he said it made sense—he used to work as a server at Pappasito’s for many years and experienced the same thing, likely due to constant exposure to kitchen oil. This makes me think the kitchen may need better ventilation systems and more frequent oil maintenance or replacement. Just a recommendation in case it helps improve the overall quality and experience.

  Mimi at Pappasito’s Cantina was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was on point — attentive without being overbearing, quick, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations that actually matched what we were looking for. Our food came out perfect, and she made sure everything stayed smooth the entire time without us having to ask for anything. What really stood out was her attitude — super professional, respectful, and just easy to talk to. You can tell she actually cares about the experience and not just going through the motions.
