  Keely the manager was very rude and obnoxious. Oiur waiter Seth was good. Keely the manager disrespected my military ID and lied that they do not give them. I normally go to the Pappadeaux on 75 central where the service is excellent ! I will never come to this one again. Then she wouldn’t come out to speak to me afterwards she had the waiter tell me she doesn’t know what to tell me I am not getting the discount. . As a manager, verifying ID is disgraceful and I believe it’s because of the color of my skin. African American. Unacceptable!!!!!

  Food was very good, a tad bit over seasoned for someone who prefers more bland food but overall very well seasoned. The quality of oysters however is not consistent, I previously had oysters that were fresher and no sand involved however this time it was a little bit less fresh and sand was not completely removed. The sides mashed potato and broccolini is very well done. The sea bass is very good as well.

  Waited over 15 minutes trying to get someone to help me place a to go order because website wouldn’t work. Not one person came to “to go desk” I had to walk around and find someone. They were even that busy. They just stood around talking to each other. Even bartenders didn’t acknowledge me. Sad because it’s closest to my house

  I didn't know why the rating for this location was low in comparison to others and my experience, but the server for our table was gorr6. Even when he had the manager come over to explain why our oysters came after our appetizer, the manager provided poor service. It was my mother n laws 81st birthday and half my family's first time at this location and it was unfortunate for a special occasion that the service was so poor. I have been to other locations in the area for 20 years and spoke about not ever having a bad meal. Now I cant say we will ever go back.

  This restaurant is nice enough, but the waitress we had lied to me about an item that was missing from my meal. To compliment the catfish, my dish came with lump crab, oysters, and shrimp. However, my oysters were missing. When I inquired about it, the waitress gestured towards the lump crab and said that was the oyster meat. I responded that the meat didn’t look anything like oyster and asked if she was sure, she doubled down. I’m not sure if it was the two rounds of drinks, but I conceded and finished my meal. Looking back, this incident may have something to do with the appetizer I cancelled. I’ll never know.
