  I just got to the restaurant and I asked if I can used the restroom, and there was a rude guy over there said no you can’t and he was so rude with me because I didn’t add tip when I placed the order. I was going to leave cash tip but when I saw him like that, I didn’t. I got the pizza and it was really bad. No cheese and it was not done. The dough was row. I always order through you guys but this is the worse time. I through the pizza in garbage.

  I ordered two pizzas in hoped that I could have dinner tonight, breakfast tomorrow and lunch tomorrow as I am working in downtown Dallas. After putting in my order online, I called the store and asked for additional garlic cups. At that time I let the young lady on the phone know that I would be at the door awaiting my order. I also made a notation on the delivery app that I would be waiting at my front door. No one knocked, no one gave me any notice, and at this exact time as I already have the pizzas, my Papa John's tracking has not let me know that my pizza has even been delivered yet. Both of my pizzas were left on the front door with no notice, both of which have come in completely covered by ants. I've called the store twice in an attempt to get in touch with someone to find out if I can get a refund or a credit back to my account... And no one is answering This is the most egregious customer service I have encountered in quite some time, and I will not be ordering from doordash or Papa John's ever again.
