I brought my wife and family expecting the same quality as always, and instead we were sold a chocolate croissant that was stale, hard, and clearly old. This is disrespectful to customers and it was embarrassing to go through this in front of my family. If this is the level of quality you are offering now, you have a serious problem. Extremely disappointed.
