Amazing experience — I’d give 100 stars if I could. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and from the moment we arrived, the team made everything effortless. The hosts were flexible with our group and quickly organized seating so everyone felt comfortable. Doug, our primary server, balanced professionalism and warmth, anticipating needs before we asked; Brian, our second server, was equally attentive and quick to assist. At the bar, Carlos and Robert mixed thoughtful, well-balanced drinks and kept the energy upbeat.
Chef Eddy’s plates were the highlight: deeply layered, bold flavors and creative pairings that lingered long after the meal. Every course felt intentional and expertly executed. There were absolutely no issues — timing, presentation, and taste were all flawless.
The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness turned a great meal into a memorable one, and the lovely plaza setting made the afternoon feel special. I’ll be encouraging everyone I know to try this place — it’s a rare combination of exceptional food, thoughtful service, and inviting atmosphere.

Let me just say the appetizers were amazing: shrimp toast, tuna tartare, and octopus were all delicious. For our main courses, we had the branzino and wagyu steak absolutely yummy!
We topped it all off with dessert: banana dessert, lemon sorbet, and a chocolate marshmallow treat all rich and so good. 😋
The service was excellent, and the food did not disappoint. This is definitely a restaurant you must visit!
Food was delicious. Unusual drink options and great wine choices. The friendliest wait staff I’ve ever experienced, from the hostesses greeting you at the door, to the wait staff and sommelier, the chefs preparing the food, on our way out smiled and said “thank you”. Everyone working there was smiling and friendly. It was unique!!! We will be back!

Been ALL over this world; one the most fun and creative dining experiences I’ve ever had. Doug pulled out the red carpet for us, tour of the kitchen by the most fantastic chef Ed. Genuinely the BEST dining experience for foodies and people who want to experience cuisine in all its glory. 10/10!!!!!!!!

I am speechless and completely shookethhhh. One of the best meals I've had in Dallas, and honestly in the U.S. ( and I've eaten at many Michelin Star restaurants). From the moment we walked into Meridian, we were greeted with such a warm welcome from the hosts and bar team. The service was incredible, Robert and Cindy were especially kind and made the entire experience even more memorable.
Every single dish blew us away (and we ordered a lot--over eight items ). I cannot stop thinking about the Pork Kan Kan perfectly cooked, served with crispy potatoes and a fresh, delicious salad.
And the desserts... we ordered 3 because we couldn't decide, and they were absolute showstoppers. The Coconut Kalamansi Sorbet with tapioca pieces was next level.
The chef and team absolutely crushed it. Other restaurants in Dallas have some serious competition!!
Ohh and the playlist , woo the jams were jamming. Already can't wait to come back!!
