When ordering on the app you only get one complimentary sauce. One! Anything additional is extra. I’ve been to several locations where I just ask at the window and they give me anything extra without any hassle. Here, they told me that you have to pay extra. I don’t blame the workers, they’re following standards placed upon them. But those standards suck. No other fast food restaurant has this structure that I know of so I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. Bye McDonald’s, hope it was worth it.
