  I came into this location on 03/27/2026 to sit down and eat. I am typing this as I try to finish my food. The fact that the employee came into the lobby to start mopping the floors around myself and other customers with a mop that stinks is beyond me. That is so disgusting and disrespectful at its finest. If I could give 0 stars I would. I might would have given 5 stars for the service and the food but when she came to mop around me, that turned that into a 1 star fast…

  Whoever was on the drive thru was insanely unprofessional, i’m just trying to order food not be messed with. On top of that my order was wrong it was literally just one sandwhich.

  While I was washing my hands, I saw an employee use the restroom and walk out without washing theirs. Disgusting. Immediately upon finishing, I went and told another employee and saw the dirty-hand one back there with the food. The employee I told about it? All they did was say, "okay" and then go take the next person's order. Never coming back when it is so blatantly obvious that not just 1 but 2 people so carelessly don't care about hygiene. If there's 2 people willing to do that, then there are surely more. I cant believe I had already fed myself and 2 kids there. If we get sick, I'm suing.
